WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Alpy Baby is based in New York, USA, and we currently ship to locations within the United States.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase, unless we have a problem with your order or need additional verification. You will automatically receive an email when your order is shipped. It will contain a tracking number you can use to go online and track the status of your shipment. 

FREE SHIPPING

Orders to be shipped within the US will be eligible for free standard shipping as long as their total is greater than or equal to $40. All orders under the value of $40 will be charged a flat fee of $4.95 for shipping. Note free shipping may not apply to sales items or promotional deals. Shipping amount amount could be changed during sales events. 

SHIPPING METHOD

We offers two shipping options, express and standard delivery, in order to accommodate those who would like their orders to arrive as quickly as possible and those who are looking for the most economical way to receive their purchases. Once items in an order have been Scanned and Delivered by the courier or mail carrier, we will cease to have any liability pertaining to the order delivery; all items at that juncture will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer.

TRANSIT PERIOD

All orders are shipped from New York, NY. Transit times in the US can vary depending on your location and the carrier.  Standard orders should arrive in 3-7 business days.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

Alpy Baby is not responsible for incorrect shipping information or shipping addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and accurate shipping address and information. Any charges incurred by us to reroute a shipment or make an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer. Although it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, we will do our best to contact you if a problem with a shipping address occurs. Any charges incurred by Alpy Baby due to unsuccessful delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. Alpy Baby does not take any responsibility for packages that might be misdirected, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect address. We make every attempt to ensure that packages are delivered safe and sound; however, we take no responsibilities in lost packages by USPS or theft when the tracking indicated delivered.
