Returns & Exchanges
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, and we guarantee the quality of every Alpy Baby item. In the rare event that you received a faulty item, please contact us immediately (within 2 business days upon receipt) at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A full refund will be issued to the original method of payment once we receive the returned item. All items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery, in new and original condition with all labels still attached.
We only accept apparel exchanges for the same item in a different size. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products, but we will ship replacement products requested in exchange for returned products for free within the US. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer free delivery of new items to international shipping addresses. To exchange your clothing item for another size, please email us at email@example.com.
While we will try our best to accommodate your needs, we carry our styles in limited quantities. If your desired size is out of stock, we will treat it as a return and refund you accordingly.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Online return processing is accepted within 14 days of delivery, on unwashed, unused and unopened items with all labels still attached. Your return must be accompanied by a receipt or order number. We will issue you a refund on your return, however original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products.
Please send all returns via the same method it was originally shipped to you and keep your tracking number. Lost items are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
